Keith Webb is the Software as a Service (SaaS) Technologist for Ultimate Software and is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team for western North America. In his nine-year tenure at Ultimate, Keith has participated in the software industry’s fundamental shift from traditional license acquisition to the fully hosted SaaS model, and the complexities and challenges resulting from that shift facing CIOs responsible for global workforces. Keith is the former VP of Information Technology at Ruth’s Chris, where his team re-tooled the entire employee lifecycle, freeing valuable time for restaurant operations to focus on hospitality rather than paperwork. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and 25 years of technology and hospitality experience.
Yutaka Takagi has spent his career presenting the value of HCM solutions to HR managers and executives at companies across industries. Having worked on both sides of the customer-vendor relationship in various roles, he brings a unique perspective to his product demonstrations and thought-leadership presentations. Yutaka’s creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills match Ultimate Software’s “people first” philosophy whereby our UltiPro solution is designed with the expectations and needs of ALL end users mind. Yutaka graduated with a degree in economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Ronni Beckwith represents Ultimate Software’s implementation, training and support teams. Ronni spent over 15 years leading human resource initiatives in large organizations in the financial, higher education, manufacturing and engineering industries. Most recently, Ronni consulted for 5 years in HCM Technology where she led organizations to HCM transformations through the selection and implementation of new technologies to streamline their human capital operations. Ronni has a Master of Arts in Management and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and Certified Compensation Professional.
Allison Bendersky is the HRIS Manager at Greenspoon Marder LLP, a national, full-service business law firm practicing in more than 60 areas of law. Ali possesses over 15 years of human resources experience, with expertise in talent management, compensation, compliance, and analytical, as well as implementation and usage of numerous HR information systems. Ali is passionate about helping employees, working with management to bridge the gap of HR analytics, and creating reports for HR to use to help improve overall performance. Ali holds a bachelor's in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and a master's in business administration from Tiffin University. Ali is an active member of SHRM and the SHRM-Atlanta chapter.
Ben Eubanks is the Principal Analyst at Lighthouse Research & Advisory and the author of Artificial Intelligence for HR: Use AI to Build a Successful Workforce (Kogan Page, December 2018). He has authored dozens of reports, eBooks, and other resources, maintains a blog that has touched the lives of more than one million business leaders since its inception, and hosts “We’re Only Human,” a podcast that examines the intersection of talent and technology in the workplace. Previously an HR executive for an Inc. 500-ranked global technology startup, he currently operates Lighthouse Research & Advisory, a human capital research and advisory services firm. He works with HR, talent, and learning leaders across the globe to solve their most pressing business challenges with a research-based perspective tempered by practical, hands-on experience. He is the co-organizer of DisruptHRHSV, an innovative event geared toward helping HR leaders drive more value for their business by sharing disruptive ideas about how to hire, manage, and engage great talent. Most importantly, he has four children, a wonderful wife of ten-plus years, and a preference for running in a variety of outlandish races for fun.
